Refund & Return Policy
At SHREEM WORLD, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers must provide clear images or videos of the product for verification
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, used, or tampered with:
- Saffron (Kesar)
- Dry fruits
- Spices
- Kahwa and other food or consumable products
Refunds
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Replacement
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a replacement may be provided subject to verification and product availability.
